The site https://gustoportugal.pt is owned by the company Títulos Boémios, unipessoal Lda with head office at Rua do Pergo nº3 2580-506 Carregado registered at the Commercial Registry of Lisbon under fiscal number 515 470 430, hereinafter referred to as ” brand “GUSTO”.
Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of the site for purposes other than strictly private use is prohibited, except in the case of GUSTO’s prior written consent. It is strictly forbidden to use links to the site for commercial purposes without prior authorization from GUSTO, as well as for abusive purposes. In case of commercial or abusive use of the site, GUSTO may use the legal means necessary to protect its rights.
2. Object and Scope of Application
This text of the “Terms and Conditions” aims to define the relationship between GUSTO and the user, in the online shopping platform available in the area “Experiences”.
Access and use in any way, from the site www.gustoportugal.pt, as well as the purchase of the available products, implies the total acceptance of the dispositions of the present “Terms and Conditions”, without any reservations. GUSTO reserves the right to change these “Terms and Conditions” without prior notice, so users are advised to consult this page periodically.
Only commercial transactions will be authorized to persons of legal age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
It is forbidden to sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age.
4. Payment methods
Payment can be made by Multibanco, MB WAY – quickly and conveniently through your smartphone, simply by having a MB WAY account. Payment can also be made by bank transfer. In this case, the data necessary to make the payment will be made available at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs for Continental Portugal – € 10 – will be added to the order value. On orders over 120 €, they will not be charged in Continental Portugal. In case, after the payment of the products, we verify some situation of unavailability, we will contact you immediately proposing alternative solutions; in the limit, the Customer will be credited, through the payment method used, of the amount corresponding to the product (s) not available (s).
6. Product Deliveries
Except in exceptional circumstances, the products purchased will be delivered within the maximum period defined for each country or region from the date the order is issued. Continental Portugal: up to 4 working days. Azores and Madeira: 5 to 7 business days. Continental Spain: up to 4 working days. Balearic and Canary Islands: 5 to 7 working days. Europe: up to 7 business days. Rest of the World: up to 12 business days. Possible delays in the delivery of orders may be due to, among others, customs procedures, special products, transport strikes … The delivery deadline of the order starts from the communication of the approval of the payment by the financial institution to the GUSTO and validation of the personal data of the Client. If, for any reason, it is not possible to comply with the indicated maximum delivery time, GUSTO will inform the Customer of this fact and will give you the option to keep the order establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the purchase being, in this case , refunded of the amount previously spent. The delivery of any products is declared at the time of signature of proof of receipt of the products at the agreed delivery address.
7. Impossible to Delivery
The procedure varies according to the country of destination. In Portugal, if the driver has tried to deliver to the customer without success, he will leave the necessary information so that the customer can schedule a new delivery. This can only happen between Monday and Friday.
8. Transmission of Risk
The risks to which the products may be subjected shall be the responsibility of the Customer from the moment of delivery of the products, that is, from the moment the Customer becomes the owner of the same products.
In GUSTO we are very demanding with the quality, we seek partnerships with the best of the several categories, we always confirm the condition of the products articles before the sending so that the returns of products are not predictable situations. However, if you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to make the return. Only returns of new, complete products will be accepted in the original packaging which must not be damaged, altered or shaved. Products that are incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted. Returns must be accompanied by the sales document (simplified receipt / invoice). To proceed with the return, access the return request through the return form available in the “MY ACCOUNT” section. After the GUSTO receives and examines the article the Client will be informed about the right or not, to return the amounts paid. In case the refund is made, this will be done within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the product at the headquarters of GUSTO. The return will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer in the purchase. If the return is not in compliance with these “Terms and Conditions”, the product and a copy of the evaluation made, will be available to the Customer at the company’s headquarters. Food products are not eligible for return as well as products purchased through promotions. If you want to make an exchange, you will have to first return the products and then make a new order.
10. Defective products
If, upon receipt of the product, you believe that it is not in accordance with the “Terms and Conditions” of Sale, you must inform us about the defect within a maximum of 5 days, through firstname.lastname@example.org. The GUSTO will set a date for the collection at an address indicated by the client. After careful evaluation of the returned product, you will be informed by e-mail, as soon as possible, of the return of the value of the article or its replacement, which will be carried out up to 15 working days from the date of sending of the e-mail message confirming the return or replacement of the product. Amounts paid for defective returned products will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. The return will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase. If the return is not in compliance with the “Terms and Conditions”, the product accompanied by a copy of the evaluation made, will be available for collection at the company’s headquarters. All rights recognized by the law in force shall be safeguarded.
11. Warranty / after-sales service
GUSTO is totally unrelated to the provision of guarantees and after-sales services, except as described in item 10 of this document.

GUSTO respects all applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
13. GUSTO Rights
The elements of the website www.gustoportugal.pt were specifically designed to promote product sales through it. In this sense, all elements of the site www.gustoportugal.pt, whether visual or sound (including software), are protected by copyright, being expressly prohibited its reproduction, publication, transmission, modification or distribution, by any means.
This document is the only one applicable to the use and purchase of products through www.gustoportugal.pt, replacing any other conditions. These “Terms and Conditions” shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Portuguese legislation. In the event of a dispute, the Courts of the District of Lisbon shall be competent.
